Here at ISE, we have created an award-winning culture that I can honestly say, I haven’t quite seen before. Bits and pieces, sure, but not the whole package! Of course we have the ping pong table, the regularly scheduled BBQs and bags tournaments, company outings, Flexible Fridays, etc. Heck, we even have a Fun Committee whose sole purpose is to make sure we sprinkle in a little fun while we are working hard to solve our client’s complex business challenges.

There's nothing like a fresh sliced cantaloupe for a morning snack, or a tomato just picked off the vine to be put on a burger grilled out back. At ISE, these sweet and savory images are actually a reality. For 3 years now, the spaces between ornamental bushes have been taken up by various types of fresh produce. This year we have two types of melons (cantaloupe and honeydew) and three varieties of tomatoes!

A Summer Tradition: Pride and Pizza

Yesterday employees at Innovative Software Engineering participated in a much-loved company tradition. Since 2013, one day a year, everyone gathers outside for the annual Bags Tournament. What really makes the event special is the on-site pizza baked by Maggie’s Farm Wood-Fired Pizza. While this tradition has been going on for the last four years, the history of bringing in that mouth-watering pizza has roots that go back even farther.
