Hard work pays off, and that’s certainly true of one ISE team member, who is first in the state of Iowa to receive his ICAgile Certified Expert in Agile Coaching (ICE-AC) credential. Andrew Smith, Principal Architect at ISE, is the first individual in Iowa with this distinction, and among only a handful in the Midwest.
The (ICE-AC) certification process is comprised of a rigorous, competency-based evaluation of Agile coaching and mentoring experience. Smith’s other agile certifications include: Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Team Facilitation (ICP-ATF), and ICAgile Certified Professional – Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC).
Founded in 2010, ICAgile is a leading global Agile accreditation and certification body that helps organizations design learning experiences that cultivate an agile mindset and enable sustainable organizational agility. ICAgile provides world-class learning tracks to guide organizations in the development of their curriculum. ICAgile’s approach is not tied to any specific Agile methodology, thus giving people the flexibility to blend flavors in a way that make sense for their reality.
In early 2016, ISE committed to provide company-wide agile training opportunities. To date, nearly every employee is ScrumMaster® (CSM) Certified.
