Daniela Williams, Project Manager
Daniela is a Project Manager at ISE with a bit of dabbling in Marketing. Recently she managed the new website release project and is currently the Scrum Master for the Sales and Marketing team. Daniela enjoys making sure the team accomplishes its goals while having fun along the way. When she’s not herding cats at work, you can find her running around town or getting her hands dirty in the garden.

ISE Coding Garage Presentation Night

Last night the fifth summer of the 9-week ISE Coding Garage program came to a close with 26 students presenting their mobile apps for a chance at $850 in prizes. In early June, the program started with 47 self-driven students working on their own apps and ended yesterday as 13 apps were presented for judging.

Learning Beyond Mobile App Development

The end goal of the ISE Coding Garage is for each participant to create a mobile app for a chance at winning prize money.  But, we have always wanted it to be more than that.  Throughout the summer each session begins with learning something. From using Slack to communicate and backing up code on GitHub, to enhancing presentation skills - these are all tools and skills that will be needed in college or beyond in future careers (we use all extensively at ISE).
